Pan roasted trout topped with a saute of crab, capers, and diced tomatoes in a citrus shallot butter. Accompanied by rice and sauteed garlic green beans.
Angus sirloin simmered in ale, onions, brown sugar and spices. Accompanied by mashed skin-on red potatoes and Southern greens.
Three pieces of chicken fried in our house blend of spices accompanied by mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, and a buttermilk biscuit.
Large shrimp, mussels, clams, and grilled kielbasa simmered in a tomato bacon gravy with white wine and garlic. Accompanied by toasted garlic bread.
Fresh catch of the day with Cajun spices then plated over mixed greens tossed with lemon poppyseed vinaigrette. Topped with strawberries, pecans, feta, and bacon.
